I have the same issue more times then not. I would monitor your carb and sugar intake. I found that oddly enough i was not eating enough carbs and my body was freaking out. Try that :)

I did not stay below a certain carb count I just ate enough to get by. Once I started eating enough protein and was used to it I found when I ate too many carbs I would feel terrible. I prefer the cake mix and can of Pumpkin recepie. It has lots of fiber and it is about 150 calories per muffin when you make 16.

For me I try switch around my day completely. Instead of low calories in the morning, i eat high protein and quite a bit in general. That way at night i am not eating too much and will only have a bowl of cereal and toast. This way i have all day to burn the calories i am eating in the morning and i am not going to bed…

Ok so i make these with Red Velvet or Devils food cake. Add a table spoon of Dunkin Heins Butter Cream and they are about 170 calories a piece when you make a batch of 18. I can tell a difference, especially in your face. As said below, it took me losing about 70lbs or so before people in my office began to notice. And like someone else said you are totally doing this for you and if you feel better, thats all that matters! Keep it up :)

I totally agree with everyone else when they say excersise more. When i know i am going to be eating a lot for whatever reason, i run an extra mile or do more reps at the gym :) As for not following the MFP calorie reccomendations? I dont agree with them. I have been doing that thus far and have had amazinf results. Thanks…

I agree with the above post. Go by what the site is telling you to do in means of calorie count. Going under that will A. leave you hungry and B. promote bindging late. I eat about 5 smallish means a day. Lots of protien, in the morning and a cardio workout after work does the trick for me. Don not go under your calories.…

Hey, A little perspective for you. I am 25 , female and 5'7. Following the calorie guide on the app., and exersising 4 to 5 days a week i have dropped 70lbs in 6 months. You can do it girl.
