  • I'm in the same boat as well. I have two little ones and work full-time, so finding the time to stay motivated to exercise is hard. Friend me if you're interested. I think we could all use a little support and encouragement.
  • Losing inches is far better than losing pounds. And I agree with measuring multiple areas (legs, arms, neck, waist). And remember, muscle weighs more than fat, so you could be replacing fat with muscle and that's why the scale isn't changing.
