I'm in the same boat as well. I work out daily 7 days a week. 80 minutes cardio followed by weights. I have a hard time getting and or staying under 140 I'm 5'6. I'm usually around 145 and that's still working out 7 days a week and watching and tracking my food intake. My only downfall is I snake on veggies throughout the…
