My observation would be to make sure you are eating ENOUGH calories. You can probably drop weight quickly doing what you are doing, but in 1-2 weeks, I think you will realize you do not have enough energy to work out hard. I highly recommend Insanity over P90x. I have both. In my opinion, the P90x videos drag on a bit, and feel long. Also, I do not feel that my cardio is challened enough during a P90x routine. It's because when you are that overweight, you burn WAAAAAY more calories than even a slightly overweight person. i wouldnt be surprised if they can burn close to 2,000 calories (or more) in one hour of activity... They have alot more weight to carry around.

I agree with WildBoar. My legs can feel "wobby" sometimes after a tough lower body workout. I especially noticed this when I first started working out vigorously. My knees dont ache and hurt like they are going to blow out though. If its just the wobbles, shouldn't be an issue.
