  • It's because when you are that overweight, you burn WAAAAAY more calories than even a slightly overweight person. i wouldnt be surprised if they can burn close to 2,000 calories (or more) in one hour of activity... They have alot more weight to carry around.
  • I agree with WildBoar. My legs can feel "wobby" sometimes after a tough lower body workout. I especially noticed this when I first started working out vigorously. My knees dont ache and hurt like they are going to blow out though. If its just the wobbles, shouldn't be an issue.
