Pizza is the perfect bulking food. It has a balance of all the macros and is relatively calorie dense not to mention delicious. I can definitely cut on pizza but it takes a lot more effort than bulking on it lol

I re-gained 10lbs in 5 years. Why? I ate too much and didn't track for months. I'm okay with having to lose 10lbs instead of 80 and let's be honest, a few are just increased glycogen stores because that first week back you drop 3 haha. Not terrible even still

I skip breakfast and don't eat until 1pm because I prefer to eat at 11pm so I still call it Intermittent Fasting but some might argue it is not; frankly I don't care lol

You do not have to count calories to lose fat; you DO need to consume less than it requires to maintain. If you're eating more than you ever have and still losing my guess is you're more active also. Generally BW x 10 is a good place to start so I'd eat no less than 1700 calories and then see your rate of loss in terms of how you want to adjust.

Not even steroids will help you build much muscle in a deficit but what you will find is by strength training while you lose fat allowing your body to keep lean mass vs lose an unnecessarily disproportionate amount; you may not have to "build" muscle.

I practice IF but I call it skipping breakfast. By the time I gym and get home I'm regularly eating dinner at 10pm If you prefer larger meals then try and delay your first meal but don't stress about eating later than usual; calories are king.

I think it depends too. I had the DUO60 before upgrading it to the Ultra and I would have to pull them out at 2:30 with the DUO sometimes or I'd get mostly cooked yolks.

I used to take my coffee 2 creams 2 sugar; then I switched to splenda to save cals; later I switched to milk to save cals too. Also I add in some ice cream and cookies after dinner usually so if I have to be "flexible" at work I have to skip my treat at night. Again, it's usually not worth it as I like to have something sweet before bed and I usually come to work with a lunch already prepared.
