Wow, you look amazing! I wish I would have been better at eating when my son was younger. I didn't start until he was almost a year.

Week 0 (starting weigh in) - 174.8 Week 1 - 175.2 Week 2 - 174.6 Week 3 - 175.0 Week 4 - 173.4 Week 5 - 173.0 Down 1.8 pounds for challenge. I hear you on the cold weather. It's freezing here. My exercise equipment is in our garage and it is just insanely cold in there. It's been almost -40 c and even just over that a…

You all are AMAZING!

Don't worry Jen, it's probably just water retention. This is not a good time for a weigh in for me. I assume I will be getting my cycle in the next day or two since I always get a spike right before (my cycle is not regular since it returned, I assume because I'm breastfeeding, so at least I get a heads up this way). I…

Way to go, you look amazing!

I wish there was a like button on MFP. Way to go Hatrick!

Congrats you look wonderful and happy!

You look great, contrasts! I am at your starting weight right now. It took me almost 4 months to lose just over 7 pounds. I'm OK with the slow loss as I am breastfeeding and have supply issues, but posts like yours make me a bit jealous. I am a quarter of an inch shorter than you and after my son my tummy is horrid. It's a…

Great job!

You look wonderful! Congrats on your pregnancy. Being a mama is truly a blessing. And just because you are pregnant doesn't mean you have to gain a lot of weight. I only gained 18 pounds and ate all the time (whenever I was hungry), but I made sure to eat a lot of veggies and fruits. But I did indulge a bit, especially…

Well done! What a inspiration you are.

Congrats, you both look great!

Way to go you look wonderful!

Way to go! Hey, if you don't let yourself indulge a little bit I find it can be harder to keep the same lifestyle later. It might be slower in losing the weight, but it will happen. As you have already proven.

Wow, you look amazing! I am so glad you posted this. I see so many people that lose so fast and it can get discouraging.
-
That is wonderful! I like seeing the posts with smaller losses as it gives me something to look forward to with small goals. It's taken me 110 days to lose 8 pounds. I average .5 pound per week. But to me it is important to lose it slow and steady because I'm breastfeeding and toxins are released when you lose fat,so it's…

Wow you have been trough so much. Congrats to you for achieving what you have and for not giving up.

I'm the same Anna. Have fun while away! Week 1 - 174.8 Week 2 - 175.2 + .4 pounds. I did eat quite a bit of goodies so this isn't too bad. I was really scared to step on the scale. I thought I would be retaining more water after all the darn cookies I ate. I only got 1 lifting session in. First it was hard time wise.…

Looking good ladies!

Vendy, we have the same problem with our basement. I wish the ceilings were just a bit higher, it would be perfect. I'm using the garage and my husband has his work out there so it's crowded, but it works. But in this cold, it is way too cold out there. It warmed up a bit so I was out there again after over a week off. But…

Congrats, you look great! Sometimes you just have to ignore BMI. :-)

I'm going to have to check that app out. Thanks for posting it. I really need a rack... I don't know that I will ever get to add weight to my squats. I was going to buy a cheap squat rack in the new year, but my phone isn't working right and I need a new one. They are so expensive, so I will have to wait on the rack. Merry…

Starting weight: 174.8 Exercise goals: lift heavy at least 3 times/week Personal goals: to get good form on weighted squats and to fit into my prepregnancy jeans without a muffin top.

Way to go, you both have rocked the challenge! I think that anybody that made it this far deserves a big applause, whether you reached your goal not. I didn't come close to the 20 lb goal, but I wasn't expecting to with only averaging 0.5 lb loss/week (which is safely recommended when breastfeeding). But I have lost a few…

Wow, way to go! You look awesome!

Good for you! I would be embarrassed, but I think if I had a couple training sessions to make sure my form was correct I wouldn't feel so uncomfortable. I lift from home and only let my husband watch.
-
Way to go! From your profile picture it looks like a lot more than a 54 pound loss. :-)

Simply amazing! How inspiring. And congrats on quitting smoking cigarettes and pot, way to go!
