Well thank you, thats good to know, because like you i usually eat most of my calories at night, BUT i like to do what I mentioned above if and when I can.

I have the problem with eating few too calories some days. I just don't feel hungry and will literally eat 500-1000 calories. My tracker says if I want to lose 1.5 calories per week I should eat 1450, but sometimes I still aim or eat lower than that, but I try hard to make sure I'm not under 1200 calories. If you eat too…

This is hard for me to convert, as I live in the US. BUT, if you use the MFP tracker, enter in your information, and how many lbs per week you want to lose it'll tell you how much you need to eat per day. (no fitness included, because if you exercise it asks you to eat those calories back.) I don't know how much one stone…

Yes. I always feel guilty having a "cheat day" or even a "cheat meal", I actually posted a topic about grocery shopping fear because I feel like I'm afraid of anything thats even seemingly unhealthy. BUT, thanks to a lot of people's support on MPF, I realized it's not wrong to have a cheat day, or a cheat meal. Not to…

As long as you're within your calorie range, i don't think it really matters. for me personally, if i can, i like to spread out my calories heavily throughout the day-- i heard eating smaller proportions 6-8 times a day builds up your metabolism versus eating a lot of calories in one sitting.
-
Well depending on how many lbs you want to lose a week, and what all your information is on here. If you're looking to lose 1.5-2 lbs a week it's going to tell you to eat a different calorie intake
-
ALSO, I think maybe I need to post side shots, or front face shots where you could actually understand. Because in person nearly everyone comments on the size, puts stuff on my chest for my boobs to hold (I can almost hold a can of soda without having to lean at all), and tells me theyre saggy grandma boobs
-
LOL. it is. Go ahead and go to my profile and take a look at my other photos, maybe you'll see it better. I know in my profile pic I am leaning weight on one leg, and I have a thumbs up that hides one boob, and an arm with a phone that hides the other. Right now im sitting at a desk at the library with a mountain laying on…

As you get smaller, your numbers change. You don't burn as many calories per day naturally. http://nutritiondata.self.com/tools/calories-burned Use this site with your current information, and it'll tell you how many calories on estimate you'll burn a day no matter what you eat or how much exercise you do. 1lb= 3,500…

Thank you everyone for the positive responses! It's good to know I'm not alone in my eating fear, but it's also good to know that I should just relax, enjoy what I want to enjoy in smaller moderations. @Ash a lot of numbers that would of been quicker than writing all this-- Ugh, I know how you feel because when I lived…

LOL. All about the boobs!

If you don't mind me asking how much was your SW, and what's your CW? I just kind of want an image of potentially what I could be dealing with x) Seriously, good for you! I'm glad you didn't let it define you. If your MFP tracker is accurate, you weigh less than I do now, and way less than I did when I started out, so it…

You ma'am, are just a badass *kitten* kicker. Good to see the fire and fight. It's good motivation for the rest of us with any horrible genetics! I wear a sports bra on top of my regular bra at all times everyday, in fact, I sleep in just a sports bra because it's uncomfortable for them to be completely bra free. I don't…

[/quote] Overall I'm just getting this massive sense of anxiety about food from your post, like you're assigning morality to food choices with certain foods being "bad" and others being "good" which, no offense, I know from experience points to the beginnings of a pretty unhealthy relationship with food. I suggest relaxing…
-
@0smiile0: Thank you for the list of food you usually buy, I'm going to write them down for use at my next grocery shopping date. And you're right, I actually enjoy the Be Green Kale Smoothie from my work. 190 calories of pure amazing.

She actually does have a really great point. If you don't want to cut out things forever, then keep them around in extreme moderation. Trust me if you don't eat that candy bar or soda that you're craving, later on you'll end up eating more than just one. It's actually good for metabolism as well to have a cheat day or two…

I'm 5'5", and my goal weight is 135. I have HUGE genetic boobs, so unfortunately I don't even know if 135 is a reachable goal, or not, but I'd like to be right around there.

You're so right! I had been negative all month, frustrating by my fluctuating scale, and now that I think about it I lost more in one month than most people do, and I'm losing a healthy amount of weight per month, had I been patient and positive and not hopping on the scale 30 times per day, I probably would of been…

I see that your weight loss tracker says you have 25 lbs to go. I'm not trying to discourage anyone of course, but realistically if you want to lose 25 lbs in 6 weeks that means you have to on average lose 5 lbs a week. That'd probably be ridiculously difficult, and ridiculously unhealthy. The smaller you are, the less…
