You will be told that you drink it if you like. You will be told that you can fit it in your Daily Macro goals. Here is the deal. Water is what you need, not Soda. Soda provides literally no nutritional good to you. The honest truth is that you are drinking way to much of it and you should consider reducing your intake if…

Work out really intense. Lift heavy. Burn more calories and then you can manage to eat more food and still be in a deficit. So basically, eat better regardless of your circumstances and/or excuses but if you burn more calories you will have more wiggle room. Another tip, if your lifting weights they way it makes you feel…

Does non impact stuff bother the tendon? Like an elliptical or bike?

Tea will not make you lose weight. Move more and eat less, that is the answer.

Will products without the caffeine give me the boost I need for my workouts? Does anyone have any recommendations?
-
thanks. i think i will try it and see if it affects my sleeping.

i am concerned about my sleep after i workout. i usually workout for about 45 minutes or so. i suppose i just need to give it a try.

It is all calories in vs calories out for weight loss. That is all. Macros have to do with overall health and body composition. Everyone has there one "triggers" and weakness to handle on there weight loss journey. That is the variable. However that variable is just another part of the math equation.

I do 24 hours. It is easier for me that way. I work graveyard though. It is just a choice as to what works best for you personally.

you feel like a failure after a tough week. Do you want to feel that way after next week as well? Decide now and do what you have to do.

midnight to midnight is how I do it. And don't let shift work be an excuse. If you want something you have to not make excuses. I work out after my night shift. Go and do what you know you have to do no matter what.

Eat good, exercise and the best thing anyone can ever tell you is patience!!!!!!!!! No time table, no rush, just eat good and exercise and then keep on doing that long term.

If you can afford to do a weight loss surgery why can't you get your knee fixed instead? Just like others have said already, you can loose weight. PCOS does necessitate some specific diet changes you will need that are different then others but if you go to an endrocranoligist then all that will be explained to you. Eat…

have you been to an endroconoligist? (no idea how to spell that) That is the kind of Doctor advice you need.
-
you should try losing weight on your own LONG before your even researching surgery. Your Knee and PCOS are just excuses. You can lose weight without any exercise at all if you eat the right way. PCOS is something my wife has, it does make it harder, I get that. However , harder just means harder, it does not mean…

There is absolutely no need to avoid eating before bed. It makes no difference. It is a personal preference that helps some people but it is not needed to lose weight.

sounds like you need to be more honest and accurate with your logging. Get a food scale, eat more foods at home that prepare yourself. Log the ingredients, not the finished product. Meaning that you log the tortilla and the beans if you cook a bean burrito instead of just typing in "bean burrito." If your having trouble…

lifting weights vs losing weight. It's simple really.......A smaller marshmallow is still a marshmallow. Lift weights people!

The one on the treadmill would say the same thing if you turned it on and then walked away. The one measuring your heart rate by gauging your pulse is bound to be more accurate. That being said if you were on a treadmill at an average of 6.2 MPH for 42 minutes it is unlikely that you burned only 116 calories. My guess is…
