Help with downloading MP3 gym music please. (Safe, no viruses)
I am trying to figure out how to make a playlist for my mp3 player so I can have some music at the gym. Does anyone know where I can go online that is absolutely safe to get music I can put on my mp3 player??? I realize this is the chit chat group but I did not know where to post this. Sorry if I did something wrong.

C4 preworkout mix???????
Are any of you familiar with C4 extreme? it's preworkout mix i had recommended to me. I normally workout after my graveyard shift and i sometimes struggle with energy to lift heavy. any thoughts? is it healthy? how long does it last? (i go home and sleep after i without) Any advice?

So I am completely restarting after a little break. I have not logged for a bit, and because of that I have gained over 10 pounds. I need to log what I eat everyday.
