Awesome. Now you get to go shopping, right?

Didnt get a chance to post yesterday, but did the jumping jacks (I got to cheat actually cause P90x does JJ on the break periods  ) Today didnt twist unless you count my pilates and kenpo I did--oops forgot to read the challenge before I worked out today. Hope everyone had a great day!!

Amazing job!! You are an inspiration to everyone.

I too made excuses not to go to the gym--hence me dropping the gym membership and working out at home. Now I have no excuses because I really dont have to go anywhere. Also I found doing challenges on the MFP help keep me super motivated. Since joining MFP I have worked out 6 days a week and have been logging all my food.…

I love to workout in the morning. I am energized for the rest of the day. I usually do some form of cardio in the morning and then if I have time I will do some strength training after work. I have not noticed a difference in my weight loss, but if I workout in the morning I am guaranteed to get exercise in every day.

Did the Leslie Sansone Sleek and Slim Pilates Walk this morning (3 miles)
-
Sounds good. Might have to try this. I love greek yogurt.
-
My daughters friend had the same issue had to buy special bras etc... but did the same thing as FamilyRoots for the sports bra and she played vollyball all through high school.
-
Did the 5 mile fat burning walk today. It was great, havent walked with Leslie in a while since I have been doing other things. Dont know if I will make the 150 in the month because I probably wont walk everyday (have to do my Turbo Jam and P90x), but your message thread actually made me pull out my dvds and remember how…

No it isnt. Just a few simple moves you do in your living room (or wherever you have a little extra space).

it is spray oil

I love pilates. I have a pilates reformer at home and it is one of the best investments I have ever made. I prefer to use it and adjust the tension rather than do serious weight training. I incorporate that with some of the P90x TurboJam and the Brazil Butt Lift (my problem area). Have a great day!!

5'2" and 20lbs to go... seems like a long way sometimes.

Good for you. I too decided to take control and watch what I eat and exercise. I have a friend that was on a doctor supervised plan and she had to give up so much stuff--like all dairy. I dont think I could do that so I am trying to do this in a way where I could continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle even after I reach…

I made these in different variations (see earlier post) and they were good. However, I wish there was a wrapper that wasnt as thick. I might try it with squares of phyllo dough. I am not a huge "crust" person. I make pie without crust--I know I am told I dont know what I am missing, but I just would rather not have the…

I have been reading the book Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle and in that book it says we should determine our maintenance calories for our current weight then decrease by 15-20 percent for fat loss. Which makes sense. He recommends not going below 1200 cal per day for women and 1800 cal per day for men. He too is a believer…

Oh and count me in, I havent been doing her workouts. I have been doing turbojam, p90x, and the brazil butt lift lately. However, I can add some of hers back into the mix. Can we count when we walk outside?
-
I have quite a few of her dvd's. The funny thing is some of her older stuff (the stuff she did in the 90s early 2000s) is actually harder then the stuff she is putting together now. I was at Ross one day and found some of her old dvds for cheap picked them up and even though I was consistently doing both her 5 mile…

They also have them on overstock.com and you should also check your local library if you dont want to buy them right away.

I know I should eat the calories back, but I am not hungry. This week I am going to try and eat as many back as possible and see how it goes.
-
Only down half a lb this week, but like last week am down in inches everywhere. I guess I need to adjust something so I can lose inches and weight. Will have to consider that for a bit. Everyone have a great Monday.

I like imapmyfitness because it incorporates all the different flavors of activity--running walking biking, etc. Found it to be almost perfectly in sync with my polar ft60g1.
-
If you are interested in the FT60G1, best buys price is more than a hundred dollars cheaper.
-
Love my FT60G1. Best Buy had them on sale so I invested a little more than I wanted to, but totally worth it. I have tested it against apps for my iphone and the exercise database on MFP--the polar is more in sync with the iphone apps. I tried one without a strap and found it useless, maybe it was just too cheap, but the…

Good challenge!! Think I will do ok as it is just my husband and I today and no major plans except be lazy now that my bike decided to rebel against me during my ride this morning (decided to get a flat tie :frown: ). Oh well guess it was a sign that I should probably do laundry instead of being outside-- Have a…

Sounds yummy, except I dont care for walnuts, wonder how it would taste with almonds.

So did you cut fruit out?? I love fruit and I would say 85% of my sugar numbers comes from fruit.

on another post I read they talked about a place called www.jog.fm where there is music listed by beats per minute, I know that isnt quite what you are looking for but it sure will tell you which are fast tempo and which arent
