Count me in! I'm working on losing 80 pounds. So far I've lost 2, but I still have a long way to go. I'm 24 years old and sick of looking like a blob.

It's okay to indulge sometimes! Just make sure you're being healthy about it. But if it bothers you that much, go for fruits for sugar cravings. A nice fruit salad tends to kill any sweet cravings I have. (I'm a pastry chef in training, though, so I totally understand the temptation. Damn you, chocolate!)

I'm on Day 1 too. Let's do this together! So far, the thing that's been helping me with snacking is realizing that I'm just snacking because I'm bored, not hungry. That's stopped a lot of snacks today alone.

I guess I was pretty ambitious hoping for 1hr 15 min workouts five days a week from the start. I'll go with 3 times a week and just focus on completing it. I just feel super gross right now, bleh.
