yep i have looked into this for when mine conks out too (soon probably with the amount of action it gets nowadays!) Weight watchers ones were the best, about £20!!

Be really sure because once you go short, it normally only gets shorter and when you get bored you cant do anything about it!

I would never look to blame anyone else about weight gain but at 12 years old i would say the mum sadly - unless the child has some sort of condition because 272 is just.....like you said jaw dropping!

You need double layered sport socks, they stop rubbing of the skin whether its the shoe or the socks you are wearing - this will most probably help!

do you eat your exercise cals? because i didnt but then my weight stayed the same for like 3 weeks. So one week i ate all my exercise cals (stayed the same) then the next week i went back to not eating them and i lost 3 pounds int hat week! I know it may seem a bit scary to up the cals for a week but its just a week!

I like it I like the 2 days of full bosy and then 2 days of general 20-40 mins cardio etc. I think as long as you have 2 rest days it looks good.

you need to pick something you like because then you are more likely to stay on it longer! Mine used to be the cross trainer but now im into running and zumba. Spin class is good but wow yep you ache afterwards!

i understand what you mean, but in my view ( as i dont know if i am right) but: Someone who is 200lbs but should be 150lb should NOTeat the maintenance level for someone of 150lbs as they are not there yet. You need to eat less to get down there and then eat the maintenance calories?!

dont weigh yourself after just two days! well im guilty of weighing myself every other day but i wouldnt take notice of it until after a week.! Give your body time to adjust, i am experimenting with eating some back too!

Just read an article on shidting belly fat and toning as I was wandering the same thing. INTERVAL TRAINING!
