I originally set a goal to loose 28 pounds, just checked that bmi thing and i have to loose 41 to not be classified as overweight!! I know i personally will be happy once i lose 28 pounds so i guess thats what counts, How did you all work out your goal weight loss? Is it based on yourself or bmi? Many Thanks

Skipping?
Any one out there do skipping? Im supposed to work out 45 minutes four times a week, ive done 3 but cant bring myself to go to the gym! Yesterday i worked out good, burnt 500 calories and then went out dancing for about 4 hours in the evening so should i let myself off and do some skipping....mix it up a bit...?
