Chicken chow mein!

Hi all

Tomorrow I want to treat myself to a chicken chow mein - my fave used to be sweet and sour chicken balls/hong kong style but i wont even go intoooo that as its probably how i ended up here!

Anyway so I want to eat the whole tray, can someone confirm this is 600g worth of noodles?

Also MFP says is about 600 cals which is fine, but i need someone to confirm this is about right, checked previous posts re this but no success....just home made healthy versions!

    I honestly have no idea, but I'm drooling just thinking about how delicious it sounds...

    Are you doing take out or going to a restaurant? If you'll be at home, you could use a food scale to gage how many grams of noodles there are, or you can ask the restaurant if they know the weight/calories/etc...but quite honestly, 1 cheat day here and there won't hurt you :)

    and be sure to drink lots of water since I'm sure there will be a total sodium overload! :)
