Any one out there do skipping?
Im supposed to work out 45 minutes four times a week, ive done 3 but cant bring myself to go to the gym!
Yesterday i worked out good, burnt 500 calories and then went out dancing for about 4 hours in the evening so should i let myself off and do some skipping....mix it up a bit...?

Well I've started skipping as part of my boxing routine. I've never skipped before. So I started off with a slow rope and am slowly progressing onto speed ropes.
I find it challenging and really gets me sweating!
I just need to find some more variations on the jumps to add into the workout.
If you don't want to hit the gym, a session of skipping will be hugely beneficial

I love skipping! I mix up the jumps and use my interval timer. It is a great cardio workout.0

My gym has a jump rope class taught by a real pro. He'll have us warmup, do some tricks, do some bodyweight exercises, skip some more, and it never gets old!0
