I agree that 1,200 is proabbly not enough but it was probably a good way to start me getting into the mindset of eating less. Not eating enough food? You definitely don't have to starve to lose weight. Try bulking out your meals more with veggies and stuff, that way you should still feel a bit fuller whilst not compromising on too many calories. Good luck :)

Wow thanks for all the responses guys!! I can see all your points about alot of carbs/sugar. I'm a veggie so a little more difficult to get protein in. I'll google some good protein things I can add in for breakfast and snacks and try and balance it more and see how it goes. Thanks for so many replies and thought

Kind of related, kind of unrelated question!! I'm going to try this tomorrow and take eggs for a snack, how do you transport them withot them smelling out your lunch bag? Do you leave them in their shells until you eat them?

For me it's Yoo Moo Frozen Yoghurt... i LOVE it, i am addicted :) I find Ice cream too heavy and creamy but i'd happily live off of natural Yoo moo!

no no no!!! Not oatmeal!!! Dukan specifies oat BRAN. i buy mornflake 100% oat bran. It's essential it isn't oat meal!!! The mornflake comes in an orange tube.

I agree it may not be for everyone, but it's worked for me. I've lost 34lbs on Dukan in about 4 months and am now on the "consolidation" phadse, and i'm focussing on toning up a litt.e I'd say give it a go and see if it works for you, if it does i think it's good as it is very simple

I've never been on WW myself, but the fact you only got 18 points a day or whatever always confused me! I love MFP, everyone is so friendly, I have tons of questions that the forums are GREAT for! And i've been introduced to the 30 day shred and all sorts. It's great and it's free! Good luck!

^This. All the above exercised too! But I walk to the station every day for work which is uphill for about 20 mins, definitely feel it in my inner thighs! This is definitely my trouble area too.
