So it makes a difference in what order calories (energy) is burned. If a body burns 2000 calories of energy a day and you take in 1500 calories. Why should it matter if the body burns the alcohol calories first or the carbs or the fat or the protein. I understand that the body can not store alcohol so it is burned first…

I use mine for non-protein powder protein shakes Greek yogurt, fruit, milk, ice and a touch of Splenda It also works great for margaritas, and piña coladas :happy:

Powdered protein is not tasty to me. Yesterday I made an orange shake; 2 oranges, 1 cup greek yogurt, and some ice. It was great. I also use a little Splenda to sweeten it with.
