Hi, my names Olivia, I have joined MFP to check my intake of foods.. I eat well, but have been surprised how the calorie intake raises.. so I'm enjoying keeping an eye on it.. I only have about 5 lbs to lose but it can be difficult too.

Hi Sassaris1 Ok.. so you have stated that you are ready to make this change.. I like that .. Have you been adding your meals.. and SNACKS etc.. water in take and even light exercise.. Lets do this.. :-)
