My name is dinae. I just started on MFP last week. My first week's results are good. I'm making small changes that add up to a larger goal. I chose to set my weight loss program in stages. Stage One is 30 lbs.
I knew I was overeating. This program lets me see exactly where to trim the fat. And the cookies, since I have a sweet tooth.
My theory is Life is Cumulative-Good choices or bad, it all adds up. Choose well and good health will follow.
