I’ve been looking up cardio workouts on YouTube, jump roping, walking, I have a few dumbbells and kettlebells at home so I’ve been coming up with workouts randomly.

Oh no. I’m Yesenia. I’ve been the opposite. I work in healthcare so my hours were cut a bit But I’m still working and started doing workouts at home. I’ve lost about 7-8 pounds so far.

I got down from 160 to mid 130s about two years ago and then I started school and gained about 40 pounds. I'm sitting at 176 at the moment and am trying to get into the 140s.

I am 5 ft 5 in and weigh about 152. My TDEE if calculated right is about 2366 and I'm eating about 1800 calories a day.

I haven't been losing any weight in about a month now. I have been switching up my workouts and my eating but nothing is happening. In 3 months, I have lost about 3-5 pounds.

I had attempted to do it about a month ago but gave up. I have started it again with day 1 of level 1 today and hope to make it through the whole 30 days. After reading about the results that you can get from doing this workout, I am more than excited to finish it and see what results I get!
