I have recently hit a plateau. I have been working my bum off for over 3 months now and I haven't seen great results. I know it takes time but I thought I would be farther than this.

Does any one have any tips to get out of this plateau and boost my weight loss?

I haven't been losing any weight in about a month now. I have been switching up my workouts and my eating but nothing is happening.
In 3 months, I have lost about 3-5 pounds.

I am 5 ft 5 in and weigh about 152.
My TDEE if calculated right is about 2366 and I'm eating about 1800 calories a day.

TDEE of 2366? How in the world did you come up with a number that high?

    online calculator...

What activity level did you chose because that number seems pretty high.

    I chose moderately active.

Either you're a professional athlete, a construction worker, or you're waaayy overestimating your calorie burn. A TDEE of 2300+ for your height and weight implies you're doing hardcore 90+ minute workouts everyday...

There's no tips because there's really no such thing as a plateau... If you aren't losing weight over a reasonable period of time you just need to eat less or move more.

Might sound too simple to be true but there it is.
