  • Freakin' Doritos. I use to eat the entire bag, family size. Had to cold turkey those out of my life! Then Chinese food because growing up they were big portions for cheap and what my family could afford when we "went out", lol. So no more of those cute Chinese restaurants to send my lifestyle into a spiral!
  • A jogging stroller is actually what pushed me to get off the couch and start couch to 5k! :) No excuses after getting one to not start running or at least regular walking. I absolutely love it and it is so much easier to push than any other stroller I 've had. We were fortunate enough to get ours for free, but I know you…
  • 1)Almond Milk 2)Fat Free Half n Half 3)Sugar Free Organic Vanilla Creamer ..I am a faithful coffee addict..
  • I weigh 171 (5foot 11 3/4") and still don't want to wear a bikini. I believe it is a full on confidence thing. I have stretch mark city on my stomach from pregnancy that haunts my bikini selection. I think if I found a super cute tankini I would consider it tho, I guess. Haha :) Before pregnancy I wore a bikini at 185,…
  • My hubby is a full inch, inch and a half shorter than me. Haha, amazingly not that many people notice because I have BAD posture but when I stretch and stand tall around friends/family it is immediately noticed how much taller I am than him. haha :) He loves it tho, so it doesn't bother me. :)
  • Nope. But I don't call the days I don't "cheat" days either. I still eat the same and work up a sweat at least once on the days I don't log outta habit. If I don't log it's because I hate feeling like I HAVE to do something. If I feel like I HAVE to I will hate it. So I just ignore it and it's fine. It's a mental game for…
  • I "graduated" from the C25k a couple weeks ago and it's been amazing! The program I used was from Cool Running I think but weeks 4 and 5 were the hardest. Knowing that was when most people dropped out pushed me harder! Good luck everyone, this is a solid program to follow to get running incorporated in your life! :)
  • I find that cardio has helped banish that extra chub in my mid section and also standing ab workouts! Just doing situps has never worked for me, lol. In fact, I rarely do them but am still loosing inches by throwing in core workout DVD's by Jillian Michaels or Bob Harper.
  • Just finished week 2, starting week 3 Monday! Feel free to add me so we can trade tips and tricks :)
  • When my mother in law and her mother in law whispered behind my back "Do you think she's pregnant again?"..... ...... ouch.
  • Wow I never thought about that. I've always ranged between 5' 11" and 6' at the doctors depending on if I have back pain that day or not. For me, running actually makes my back feel better IF I keep my posture loose and tall and wear the right shoes. :) I'll have to watch my height tho and see.. my family isn't huge on…
  • A couple months ago I broke 200 and everything has been so smoothly since. Congrats dude, that's amazing!
  • I am the same way as this. I do not eat my calories back I burned and have lost 25 lbs. I'm 6' and stay around 1200-1500 a day and if I have cals left over I feel fine. Have about 20 more lbs to goal weight and what I eat now is efficient for energy and feeling full :)
  • Army wiiiife here. Feel free to add me :) 23 lbs done, 20 to go! The next 20 I'll be dropping while the hubby is deployed for the first time :/ hopefully I can do it without emotionally eating!
  • My hubby is in the Army, hooah! Loooove for anyone to add for motivation/support. I'm a stay at home momma and also do workouts at home with no gym membership :) I like having friends who are active on MFP too
  • Hey! Our height and weight are completely different but everything else is spot on. My husband eats everything under the sun bad for you and is in perfect shape. He's military and get's his *kitten* kicked every morning so he takes full advantage of that. When I got pregnant I shot up to 260! 220 after he was born, and…
