I think you should try workout programs with Shaun T! He's so motivational and the workouts are amazing! I do Insanity The Asylum. He has a 25 minute program, T25, that a lot of people stand by too :)

That's so great! Shaun T. is literally amazing and sooooo motivational! I'm doing Insanity Asylum and honestly, after you get done with Insanity, you really should try Insanity Asylum, Volume 1 and 2 are amazing! :D Good luck!

I am the same way! What i do to help is i drink 17 oz of water before eating then 17 oz of water after eating, I can get full off of scrambled eggs and some grapes this way, there if i don't drink water and eat scrambled eggs and grapes I WANT TO DEVOUR EVERYTHING afterwards. It's kind of a lot of work but it works for me.…
