  • I'm thinking about buying the DVD and doing the 30DS. Unfortunately, I have a very crabby neighbor downstairs who won't appreciate me jumping up and down. Can anyone please tell me if there is a lot of jumping etc in these workouts that might have my neighbor calling the cops on me?
