  • Yes I am seriously suggesting that if the OP wants they can eat even less if they are not hungry and not force them self to eat more. I explained a few of the problems with doing so and even gave a suggestion about how to prevent one of the major problems with very low calorie diets.

  • I just finished day 2 and it is so hard. I can't imagine I will actually be able to ever keep up with them but going to try as hard as I can lol.
  • I like a light cheese stick. If I feel like adding a bit more I add a bit of lean deli meat.
  • I have tried their salad dressings and of course they doesn't taste like the regular version but so far have tasted decent and is nice being able to eat a ton more salad because can put dressing on it and makes it easier for me to enjoy it. I am going to order some of their other products and see how they taste next.
