How far do you all think you go in the 30 minutes? I was thinking of going up to tanning salon for my run tonight, 2.17 miles. Is this too far?

If you can do it, yes it will actually work out the stiff muscles. You know the hair of dog is the only cure thing! I am sore as well, C25K Monday, spin yesterday but I will run tonight and get it out!!

From what I understand you should be replacing the fluid lost with water anyways, your heart rate is what controls your calorie burn

Fresh milk is different from raw! It is pasteurized for safety, I agree with every thing but that!

I am kicking this challenges *kitten*! Yesterday I started C25K, and mowed the yard! Today I did Skinny ***** Boot Camp and have spin class tonight!!! Eating good, drinking good, limiting soda/ no candy and keeping up 110 ounces! I am ready to rock this :)

I'm about to turn 30 in a few weeks, so not age but i was cheerleader for years and that is just plain bad for your knees! Glad to know I am not the only one with an issue with 30 day shred! I am gonna hit on demand and I think I read something above about kick boxing yoga, that I gotta try I love both of those things!

I always thought 220 as well, but found on line it is 226 for women... Ok I got the two numbers mixed up, lol !!

When jogging my heart rate goes to about 190-200 my resting is 60. I think the formula to find your target heart rate is 226-age for women, that is target not max.

I would think ut should be more, I am 5'2", 196 and my HRM clocked in at 403, I dont think that 30 lbs would burn that much

Look for a Timex one on line, it sells for $38 at my local Best Buy and is a good one I hear! Has a chest strap. Also check ebay, I bet you could get one on there cheap

This, I have been scouting them out like mad! I need some summer clothes but dont have the $$$ to waste on one if I am dropping weight and next year it will be no good. Check for sale dates, here Salvation Army has weekly sales, I got 3 pairs of shorts for $6, all name brand!

whew, day one is complete, it is a bit toasty outside but I made it all the way! HRM said I burned 403 calories!! Yipee, and did I hear tell that this is good for the thighs and hips??? I need that lordy was I blessed with "child bearing" hips, but I have my kids so now they need to go!

Way to go everyone!! I am hoping for about 3 this week, last week I played around with eating exercise calories or not(nope seems to hurt me if I eat them!!) SO this week I won't have that, plus I started C25K this am and pick up some new videos from libary to work with!! Can't wait to start a new challenge!!
