  • I use Pinetrest for meal ideas! I also have a ninja foodie which pressure cooks and air fires so I can get that fried food texture without the fat. Cook for left overs. Also if I don’t feel like cooking I figure cereal has to be healthier than fast food. I struggle the most with lunch but really just eat what sounds good!
  • Welcome! I am not new here and often still feel lost! Unless you need low carb for a reason I suggest setting MFP up and following the calorie guides as provided. Personally speaking, I find it very hard to limit any certain food group long term. I follow a program which asks users to cut added sugars (soda, candy and…

  • Hi I'm Heather. I am 33 with two kids and husband, full time job and full time school. I gained a lot of weight when I started birth control before having any kiddos and now it has continued to increase...well until 1 year ago that is. After being up and down for years I lost 31 pounds last year and have kept every pound…

  • Is it important...oh GOD YES!!! It is all, nope - not even close. Example, my husband in in stage 5 kidney failure and hooked to dialysis 10 hours a night...kinda puts a cramp in getting it on. It just doesn't happen much right now. Am I leaving over it, nope we will make it through it all and it will be okay :) That is…
  • I will answer for my DH- I have been informed men do not sit to pee in the middle of the night because there is a hgih risk of falling asleep on the pot! He says this why evolution has made men to stand and pee!!

  • Well, as unromantic as this sounds.... I was managing a jewelery store at the time (already engaged, saving for a ring) when a ring came in that I FELL IN LOVE with, I told him about it he came a looked and we liked it. To get my discount(note jewlery is marked up over 400% and I paid cost plus 10%) I had to submit a…
  • Ok, I will say this how I mean it, sorry if it comes across too bluntly. You are an adult- your husband is an adult. It is time that some one stands up and acts like one. Go get a job, there are plenty of them to be had in fast food/wal-mart and what not. There is NO EXCUSE not to. Food stamps are not meant to be there for…
  • I get the aching, it's like it goes down to your bones. That is animia(sp?) you need iron, I also get cramps that are actually worse then labor pains....I have spent 15 hrs in labor twice before I got an epidurial, I would rather do that. My cycle are also short and soemtimes very in length. The dark blood is old blood,…

Both of your are acting…
  • What type of job do you have, and how was your hysterectomy performed? I have a desk job and will have it vaginally- he said I may be able to go back sooner then 2 weeks...I mean all I do is sit at my desk - I know the girls in the office will bring my stuff off the printer and what not.

  • Thank you to all of you wonderful people!! I have talked it over with my doc, researched and talked to my hubby and think I have made my decision.... My docotor will do a hysterectomy vaginally - with one small incision, 3 stiches 2-3 weeks max recovery. I think I am going to do this as it is one and done, never have to…
