A small NSV, I will take it!!
So yesterday I was ticked because my new HRM couldn't find my heart rate with consistency, every time I moved it lost me. I thought it was broken...then it hit me I lost more then a 1.5 inches and it was, wait for it....TOO BIG on me! I haven't said anything was too big in years and was giddy at adjusting it smaller :)

Body fat, how do you figure it?
How do you figure your body fat percentage? depending on where I go for this info I get anywhere from 27% to 50%. I have a home scale that figures it, I don't really trust it but now I don't know what to trust! AT 198lbs I doubt that I have 27% body fat, as great as that would be!
