I felt so good about this last night and that feeling has carried over in to today,I must share with people who will get it! I have a spin class every Tuesday night, last night a group of 19 year old girls came, complete with beach bodies. 20 minutes in to a 60 min class they had to stop , take breaks and remove all resistance! I was in better physical shape then these girls, 10 years and 100 lbs younger then me! That felt amazing to know I may be overweight but I am changing my body, a class that used to kill me is my favorite time of the week now.

I am heading to a forever life change!

That's awesome - Congrats! it's hard to remember that fitness doesn't necessarily = body size. I try and tell myself that all the time. Just because I'm trim doesn't mean that I'm fit!
