Insanity Question

Hey all- I am doing Insanity week 2- on tomorrow it says "Cardio Circuit" but doen't say which one...What have others done?

    Its a typo in the program documentation.... It is plyometric cardio circuit. Got me, too :-P

    That's what I thought- as it is the only disk that says anyhting like cardio circuit!! Thanks!
