Ankle swelling

Hey everyone, not sure where to post this but I have a question- I have been working out the last 20 days or so everyday, eating well-I drink about 110 oz of water a day and am keeping my sodium to under 1800mg a day. I have desk job and lately on work days my ankles/feet are swelling to about 2-3 times normal size. I have no health issues (other then being over weight) This never happened before, anyone have any experiance in this?
Thanks
Thanks

Hi, Your kidneys may be over worked. Just because your drinking water, that doesn't mean that your kidneys aren't being over worked. If you can cut it down to 80 ounces a day. That may help. Also, if you have a slow heart rate your circulation can be slowed and water can retain. It retains in your ankles because of gravity. Just my opinion, not an expert.0
