Out for a few days what are some ways to stay active

I was bit by a dog on the back of my knee, so I am out for a few days. What are some ways to stay some what active while I still give my leg the rest it needs? I DO NOT want to fall off the wagon, but I already feel like eating. Normally knowing that I just spent an hour burning calories will keep me away from the junk food, but now it is talking to me and pissing me off!!(ice cream sandwich is very loud) I cant get up and get too busy any ideas??

    Try working your upper body. I just started using some weight and adding push-ups. Hoping your leg heals fast and you are back to working out soon because I too love the ice cream. If you really feel like an ice cream though break one in half and save the other half for another day :) I really believe in portion control.
