Trying to stay on the Wagon!

So I suffered an injury this week that has me off my feet, I mean I can put almost no weight on my right leg so working out is hard! This is scary for me as a big part of what keeps me from pigging out is working out! I have been so hungry today and am trying not to eat but I swear my stomach is growling constantly then I am thinking things like well, maybe I can make today a cheat day. While I am all for cheat days I like them to be planned out more not a matter of no control!

I am drinking my water and am going to try some upper body crap but getting very upset about this....I am doing good so far and do not want to blow it! Talk about a test
