Insanity. Doing it now. LOVE IT. It's 6 days a week and it lasts usually between 35-45 mins. Eating between 1500-1600 cals a day. Did TurboFire from November to Jan - loved that. Since Nov 5, I am down 25 lbs!

I completed 8 weeks of it and lost 15.2 lbs. I loved it! I would still be doing it now but my husband wanted to work out with me and I figured Insanity would be better than him attempting to do dance moves...lol. It's a great program!

You could probably find it on Craigslist. The workout is really awesome.

I started 4 weeks ago and I have lost 8 lbs so far (and gained muscle!). I LOVE Insanity. Well, I hate it because it is hard, but I love it when it's done. I feel amazing! Shaun T is an awesome trainer too.

I spread my calories out pretty evenly during the day otherwise I get hungry. But I don't really think it matters what time of the day you eat what.

Sleep is super important when losing weight as well.

This. Get rid of the junk. If you have good food in your house, you will eat GOOD food. Also keep some small size treats like they suggested but portion them out in advance. I am also a HUGE advocate of planning a day in advance. Also, give youself a cheat meal a week! It keeps you sane.

I just completed 9 weeks of Turbo Fire and lost 15.2 lbs. I would still be doing it except my husband wanted to start working out with me so we just started INSANITY. Turbo Fire is an AWESOME workout!

Wow, you did WAY better than me on the push-up jacks. That is where I struggle a LOT! I did pretty good on the switch kicks and power jacks though. I am on day 5, doing the Plyometic Cardio Circuit again tonight. It is a killer workout, but I feel so good when it's done!

I took some, and it has really helped me. If I ever get discouraged, I look at my progress pics now and compare to the befores. It helps me stay motivated to see the changes!

That's awesome, and a good combination of programs! After I've finished Insanity, I am going to start Turbo Fire back up and finish the schedule and then start doing weights and run outside. It's wayy too cold here to work out outside right now (-2!), but will start back up when it gets warm.

Totally depends on where you are at and what your goals are. They have a ton of different products that meet different needs. I'm starting Insanity tomorrow. I just finished turbofire (LOVED IT) but I wouldnt dare do Insanity (at least for me!) without doing something else first!

The food you are planning seems very healthy. I do not pay attention to carbs and have lost 25 lbs so far. As long as you pay attention to calories you should be fine. If you notice that you are hitting a plateau down the road, then worry about it then.
