There's no limit to when you can gain muscle, just push yourself in the gym and fix up your nutritional lifestyle

41 and you talk like that?

It is possible but will be hard, you've got a protein factor of 89 which means you should be eating about 89g of protein a day, make sure that each meal has no more than 30g of protein though, so instead of tea for breakfast, drink it with a high protein breakfast meal 30g protein, then 30 more grams of protein for lunch…

If you're bulking your carbs to protein ratio should be about 4:1 so 400g carbs for every 100g of protein. Itll probably be 3:1 for you as you're not that big. Just make sure you defo get 30g protein in your breakfast

What's your exact height and weight? Having to eat 160g if protein a day is too much, you will NOT lose weight like that, I'm 5'10 218lbs and my protein factor is only 128, so there's no way you should be consuming more protein than me. Also make sure each meal doesn't exceed 30g of protein

You don't need to see a doctor of any sort nor go to the gym you just need to fix up your diet and make it a high protein diet and do more Calisthenics exercises. This will build your muscles and the protein will feed the muscles and help repair it faster making you look more toned.

Guys please stop saying crunches and sit ups don't work coz they do work, you need to be doing different ab exercises to keep your body guessing and gaining. When doing the crunch/ sit ups, don't go all the way down, your back should never touch the floor and you shouldn't come all the way up either. Try and keep it in the…

Hi Caroline, that looks like an easy job for me to help with ???? are you currently exercising to lose the fat?
-
Losing 44 lbs in a month is amazing, but it is mainly water weight, when you exercise make sure you drink 2-3litres if water daily to replace your water loss. And yes you might start putting weight back on but you can control it from here, its up to you to decide whether you want to put on fat or muscle, so keep training…

LEG DAY BABY, You come to the gym, you gotta pay your dues

Hi, you need to cut out the carbs from your breakfast as the carbs is stored as fat and protein is not stored. So a can of tuna for breakfast will be good, no more than 30g of protein per serving though. Eating what you like wont help you, i love fried chicken but its bad for my regimen, as nice as your breakfast is,…

Good question, your cheat day depends on what the other 6days were like, if you're a serious dieter and you don't even smell anything unhealthy throughout the week then yes you'll be allowed to eat a lot of other good stuff. But if your week is not the healthiest then you'll have to control your calorie intake on cheat…

Hi, for breakfast, you should eat more protein (30g) and cut down on the carbs. Also each meal should never have more than 30g of protein per serving as you body will only use the 30g and the other 24g is wasted as i saw in the last lunch you logged in. Having 30g of protein will help you cut down on your portion size. An…

I don't trust trainers who get their qualifications online, its like going for a heart surgery and your doctor telling you they qualified online, you just wouldn't allow that.
-
No i studied sport science which i passed easily. I'm qualified with the YMCA Certificate

Only a fool would say that, I've also had a client at 95kg lose 20kg in 3months without training at all and he's kept all the weight off. 35 lbs in 2 months is achievable as its only 4.5lbs a week, i myself lost 14lbs in a week and that was no issue. Only lazy people would say you cant lose that much weight. You obviously…

Guys most of you are talking but you don't know what you're saying, it is possible to lose 35lbs in 2mobths. I've had a client lose 36lbs in one month (he was morbidly obese though). Mate you only need to be losing 4.5lbs a week which is very much achievable in a healthy way. You will need to sacrifice a lot of food and…

Ab exercises cause pot belly? WOW some people need to take some sports science lessons. Deadlifts and squats are both really good at building your core, but they wont help in getting a flat belly. Cardio and nutrition will make your belly flat and the an exercises including deadlifts and squats will only make your abs…

Of the 70g of protein you used, your body can only absorb 30g per serving, so you're wasting the other 40g as its not used by your body at all
-
I've started already, why next week? Why not start today?
-
Low intensity wont help you at all, hiit will, so there's no need to ask this question haha
-
If you're cutting fat then your carbs intake is a little too high, more protein needed. Eat protein for breakfast, not carbs and eat more protein right after your workout too.
-
Hi guys, I'm Khalil, 20years old, a fitness instructor based in south London. I've been doing a challenge where for 6months i ate as much junk food as possible so i could get my body in the worst shape possible, then in 6weeks i needed to cut the weight to prove to people that the thing i was doing works perfectly fine. In…

Looking at all your meals it seems as though you are eating wayy too much food to start with, the sodium is too much and you need to meet your protein factor, don't go over it
