  • Hi Everyone! I joined about a week ago- useing the food diary has really helped me... I never realized how many calories I was intaking... that came to a quick hault :0) I am getting married in October so I am trying to loose 15 lbs before then.... and hopefully get in good enough shape to run a 1/2 marathon in November...…
