I would go by what your heart rate monitor says... you could have two people doing the same exact workout and one person who is 300lbs and one who is 150lbs... the tredmill will read that you are both burning the same amount of calories HOWEVER... the person weighing 300lbs is actually burning more... they have to push…

I know this might sound weird but marinate the salmon in soy sauce for about 25-30 min take it out of the marinade and bake at 375* for about 15-20 min, putting sliced onions ontop while baking adds a little extra flavor... its delious!

Don't be discourage! You should look into "happy lights" they are lights that you can buy (fred meyers sells them) and put into your house fixtures, or buy a lamp for the office and put it in there.... they work great, they give off the same light in tanning beds, but it is not damaging to your health... actually alot of doctors recommend it…

Spanx is AMAZING... also if you go to target they have a brand (from the same company as Spanx) but cheeper, it's for a diffrent target market but if you are only whereing them a hand full of time... then why not save on the money :flowerforyou: have fun at the wedding!

I have a question about the sugar intake, many fruits have alot of natural sugar in them, same with nonfat milk. I am already over my sugar for the day and it is 9:30am.... is this right? it tells me that I am only suppose to intake 25, should I not be eating as much fruit, or is natural sugar diffrent then the 25 it's…

Try just going for a walk, you still want to exercise while on your period.... I was once told that by exercising it helps reduce cramps, so that gives me enough motivation! Hope you're feeling okay!!:flowerforyou:

I know we didn't even have a spring it was snowing in April... so I was for sure that we would be having a long summer... boy was I wrong :laugh: it is suppose to be nice today and tomorrow so we better get out and enjoy it while we have it for 2 days until it rains again (sigh) :sad:

For question 2... you should be eating your workout calories because the system has already cut out the calories in order to loose weight, by not eating those calories your body goes into hybernation and you could actually end up gaining weight.... hope that helps

I have the same issue but I found that chewing gum works SOOOO well for me, you should try it, it gives you something to consetrate on which then helps with breathing. Hope it helps!

Pratice walking more on your toes and don't put preassure on your heels, because if you do you will get them stuck in the grass.... it probably wasent the best pick in shoes :flowerforyou:

It gets very depressing, same here, I play Soccer and games keep getting rained out... Not fair, they say it is suppose to be 85* on saturday, so hopefully it turns out!
