Looking to start a running team in WA
Most of my friends dont like to run and well... i do.... I would love to find other people in Washington state who love to run... maybe meeting up once a week to get a nice long run in... let me know if you are interested. :flowerforyou:

Sugar ??
I have a question about the sugar intake, many fruits have alot of natural sugar in them, same with nonfat milk. I am already over my sugar for the day and it is 9:30am.... is this right? it tells me that I am only suppose to intake 25, should I not be eating as much fruit, or is natural sugar diffrent then the 25 it's…

I need some weekend motivation
I always do so well during the week, and this week I did extremely well, I always slack off on the weekends and never eat good, any advise ??? what do you do?

It's getting to me
So I live in the Seattle area and we have only had about 3 days of nice sunny weather in June- other then that it is gloomey and it makes me just want to sleep, I need a good kick in the rear to get me motivated to go work out

what does deficit mean?
I am still trying to figure out the whole nutrition thing... and I was hoping someone could tell me what it means when under goals it says "daily calorie deficit".... please help.... :blushing:

Should I eat more ?
It says I should intake more calories when working out then usual, will it help me lose weight? or should I keep eating what I would normally to reach my goal? Im confused.... sigh...

Why do I feel sick when I lift weights?
