I need some weekend motivation

I always do so well during the week, and this week I did extremely well, I always slack off on the weekends and never eat good, any advise ??? what do you do?

To be honest, I slack off on weekends to but most times when Monday rolls around, it's back on the horse.0

Do your exercise early and get it out of the way OR I incorporate it into my weekend fun- hike with B friend, walk into town to get dinner and then walk around town, Bike with friends, etc.
I dont know if that helps but those things help me a lot.0 -
I usually do something fun like hike and my cheat day is on the weekend0

go walk the mall with some friends! its good exercise and a lot of fun! and i heard somewhere that for every 10 outfits you try on, you burn somewhere in the neighborhood of 70 calories. sweet action! -lol-0
