Sugar ??

I have a question about the sugar intake, many fruits have alot of natural sugar in them, same with nonfat milk. I am already over my sugar for the day and it is 9:30am.... is this right? it tells me that I am only suppose to intake 25, should I not be eating as much fruit, or is natural sugar diffrent then the 25 it's telling me I can have???

    I have that problem too, I just ignore it pretty much, I'm dairy and fruit person and if I pay attention to the whole sugar thing, it just doesn't work out.

    I am so having the same problem. I had a tiny Fiber One muffin and that's HALF of my daily intake of sugar. WTH?
