I just got onto Total Fage myself. I have to 0% fat 170g tub and mix a couple of scoops of whey protein in it. Great start to your day nutrition wise.

Everyone does this every now and then I suppose. No one is perfect. I mitigate negative feelings with the fact that i'm a DAMNED hard worker in the gym, not many work harder than I do there and that I'm 90% consistent in my diet / fast otherwise.

I don't believe any word to an individual is JUST a word. However I don't think that most instances indicate demonstrable maliciousness. I've had it since I was a skinny 10 year old, simply because I was tall for my class, for instance.

Since I decided to do something about the state of my physique I quickly came to the conclusion that part of sorting my sht7 out was getting used to being hungry for a few hours a day. Being hungry won't kill you, get used to it.

If i have NO choice but to eat out I plan in advance enough to be WELL ahead on my calories ( or behind depending on how you look at it ) Then go nuts.. but not too nuts.

Agreed. Also when I input a loss of weight into my app it automatically recalculates my energy requirements.

IF you feel overwhelmed by a lack of knowledge or experience in losing weight why don't you just follow the parameters outlined by the MFP website / app?

This trip that we're on is a real learning experience, that is inevitably saturated with disappointment. Effort over time is one part of it, however learning about chemical compositions of food and various minutia that overtly and covertly effect the results that we have is at least half of it.
