FAT goals
I am having some success in terms of fat loss by combining cardio with reduced fat intake. My question is for people who have attained a relatively low BF% Did you reduce your fat by much? If so, how long did you maintain it for? I should add that my BMI is currently 30.2 and I'm 6'2 - 236lbs Thanks in advance.
