Press up's (on your toes for as many as you can manage before you drop to your knees) Overhead extension with a 5kg weight if you can manage it. Tricep Dips. Tricep press ups. Just a few that will help you on your way. :-)

You will only start seeing muscle definition when the layer of fat covering the muscle is stripped away. Stick with cardio and make sure you do weight training about twice per week and you will start seeing a difference.

Do you have a gym near you that does Body Combat classes (see Les Mills website for more info) ??? It's a high intensity aerobics class with a lot of upper body punches etc. I found it toned my back super quick along with doing some Body Pump classes too. X
