Ohkayyyyy i am such a weakling. I tried to do shoulder presses and could barely manage it on the 5lb weight. Who has some tips to build arm strength. Im also sick of my housemates overpowering me (there all guys) and they full on sit on me to prise the remote out of my hand when im downstairs.
so any kung fu tips would also be welcomed

Press up's (on your toes for as many as you can manage before you drop to your knees)
Overhead extension with a 5kg weight if you can manage it.
Tricep Dips.
Tricep press ups.

Agree with these.
Also to make the shoulder press easier.. Squat and then shoulder press. Don't know why it makes it easier, but it does.0
