I'm not sure I'm going to want to take the picture! I haven't lost any weight even though I've been exercised at least 4 times a week and been watching what I'm eating...we'll see how the next two weeks go.

I did 14 days and took day 15 off. I'm off to Yoga and C25K after work though.

I would suggest stretching before your run. You might also want to try C25K. It starts you out really slow and is geared toward people who don't run.

I'm about to start Week 4 of C25K. I've also been doing Zumba once a week and trying to do yoga at least once a week.

8 days down! I've done at least a half hour every day, but some days it is closer to 1.5 or 2 hours! I feel great and this challenge is really helping.

I'm excited! I don't know if I'll get to 30 lbs, but this will be a great way to push me to exercise. Wouldn't want to let my team down now would I?

I really like it. I have the Wii Fit Plus and there are all kinds of games. You'll find at least a few that you like. I find myself trying to beat my scores which makes me work out longer.
