  • Yes! It's a great workout if you have a good instructor. So if on your first day you don't find it challenging, try a different instructor before calling it off.
  • I bought it on Borders.com as a way to use up my gift cards before the company goes out of business. It was $10.39 with free shipping. I've only done week 1 a few times and am always sore the day or 2 after, so it must work!
  • Try another instructor before you give up. I got lucky with my first Zumba class because it had a great instructor. I've taken other Zumba classes where the instructors are so terrible that people walk out after just a few minutes.
