In 6 weeks of starting Stronglifts 5x5, I have lost 10 lbs and 10 inches. My face is leaner, my collar bones are visible, my breasts are perkier, my clothes fit better, my nails are healthier and my skin is clearer and brighter. It is great for all women, overweight, underweight, poor diet...to be able to understand that having their period, and regular periods, are a marker of being healthy. And that is the whole idea! Being healthy! Congrats on hitting healthy!
