Actually I just changed it to total cal 1600. Carb 20 g, protein 80 g, fat 133g. 5% carb,20% protein, 75% fat. Is the calorie intake would be too much if its 1600?

I am little confused about how some people suggest that you have to take more fat than protein and others suggest that focus only eating low carb but not too much fat intake and also lower your protein. So whats the limit I should focus on? I am currently 178 . 5' 3.5" Trying to lose at least 40 lb. Currently my macros are…

sorry I meant to say if I add light cream its uppen the fat intake but if I add milk it has more sugar.

lots of calories is from database that kind of resemble what I am eating but not exactly. All the meals are home cooked. I just don't know how to count the total calories for those meals that I cook. Usually in meat curry I would add ginger ,garlic ,onion, coriander ,cumin, turmeric etc and oil also tomatoes. cook about…

Hi I would like to join in too! A bit late. Started to diet and t25 on april 18th. so far lost 2 lb. Current weight 188 .hopefully will be 163lb by july 4th.

went for a slow walk for half an hour to lift up my spirit for lower focus today! Just by looking at the video giving me knee pain! lol! no way i will do both workout today.

It would be my lower focus day today. Dont plan to do 2 workout. will do the cardio tomorrow. count me in! so far lost 2 lb with 1200 calorie diet.

I am drinking infused water ( lemon,mint,cucumber, ginger) for appetite control through out the day. it has been really helpful so far.
