I didn't have a child just too many food babies!! I have lost weight in my face, arms, and my stomach but the lower half still has this annoying pouch!! I think if I continue to stick with my diet and keep up with Jillian I will have some sexy abs, butt, and thighs!!

I tried it last night for the first time. I really liked it. I am using it to get rid of some of my tummy fat. I will also be doing her new video killer buns and thighs with it!

I am so late with this with the holiday and all and yesterday I was all frazzled!! I am at 185. I lost 3 lbs!!

This sounds like so much fun I need to get an extra large measuring tape roll because these thights are like tree trunks!! LOL Since I'm waiting on 6 week 6 pack I may join y'all and do a hybrid of Killer Buns and Thighs/Six Week Six Pack. I should be looking super tight by October!!!:love:

Yes I am not on the Atkins diet but I do use their shakes and bars when I need more protein without the carbs. I have tried Mocha Latte and Strawberry and Chocolate. I have tried a lot of their bars in fact I am having one for dessert tonight!!

Yes I have lost my weight the hard way. Exercise, and eating stuff I never ever thought I would like!! Eating less of the stuff I absolutely loved replacing it with good foods.

30 Day Shred workout comes with three levels. You do each level starting with level 1 for 10 days. Some do it less like 5-6 days on each level. When I ordered the 30 Day Shred I also ordered the Shred kit. It comes with 2 3lb dumbbells and a mat. I still currently use this kit with all Jillian Michael's other DVDs.

I just bought a medicine ball from Gaiam and it came with a workout dvd. I bet you could do a search on youtube and find a lot of workout you can do with it.

Day 1 Level 1 Done! Today after work I will complete Day 2 and add in Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I hope I can move tomorrow! :laugh:

I can't dance so Turbo Jam is out. I heard someone mention 6week6pack. I think that'll be a nice intense work out that would be great to follow up on. Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is Fantastic!! I am doing that video today its like almost an hour long but its a great workout. That one and No More Trouble Zones.

I am gonna do a week of mixed Jillian Michaels videos. Then next week finish up week 4 of Ripped. I am then gonna take a break from Jillian but I do want that new buns and thighs video. Next month TurboJam!!
