Cross training day. My knees seem to have taken a beating yesterday during my 21K training run. Looks like the bike for an hour, some yoga and maybe weights.

ya felt good from the get go, with a full day rest yesterday from any form of exercise, this morning felt great.

I foam roll for 15 mins before and after my runs , no matter how they are.

10k tonight and some much needed Yoga. I find if I miss more than 2 days of Yoga my body aches LOL

I'm the same way sometimes. Struggling to just get 5K done can be a chore, I'm sure for me its motivation at times.

I picked up a used Treadmill for $100 and its still going after Heavy use. Best $100 ever spent. I've been looking at $1500+ ones though >:)

If you are serious about running, you may want to get fitted for the right shoe 8)

Yoga and X-training day, but the legs feel good. May do a 5k run 8)

21k 2:03:30. A tad slower than last week, but had earphone problems and had to switch while running 8)

Rest Day...Maybe some Yoga...21k training run tomorrow 8) deciding if I should go hard and beat last weeks time or ease back a bit.

Only did 5k 8(. But did some sprints on the treadmil at 15.5km/h 8). felt like I was gonna fly off, but it felt great.

gearing up for 7.5k to compensate for only 7.5k yesterday instead of 10k. Plus strength training tonight.

Same here. February 2014 I was at a weight of 270+lbs., now at just under 150lbs. feel great. Long term and lofty goal is Boston 8)

I've finished the 1/2 Novice 2 plan 2 weeks ago so now I just do 5k/10k/5k during the week and 21k Saturdays. I can't wait to get outside and run in the spring. Ya the treadmill is hard to overcome but I had to embrace it cause I'm not running for 2 hours in -30c weather LOL
